Initial Commitment Programs

3 month - $433 per month (Total $1,299)

Services include the following:

1-hour Comprehensive Medical Consultation Session

  • Your medical history will be reviewed together
  • Slide show presentation via Zoom (or in-person) highlighting techniques to curb side effects and how to successfully achieve one's weight loss goals via a personalized program 

Concierge Service

Your doctor will:

  • follow up with you frequently during the 1st week of your injection
  • check in weekly thereafter for progress and side effects
  • conduct monthly (every 4 weeks) telehealth visits for re-evaluations and modify personalized plans on an as-needed basis
  • be on-call to answer any questions or concerns that you may have
  • share pamphlets, updated articles, and references for medical weight loss guidance

Medication - Compounded Tirzepatide

This option includes four 2.5mg doses (one per week for first four weeks), followed by four 5mg doses for the next four weeks, followed by four 7.5 mg doses for the remaining four weeks to reach one's goal by week 12.

2 month - $399 per month (Total $798)

Services include the following:

  • Your medical history will be reviewed together
  • Slide show presentation via Zoom (or in-person) highlighting techniques to curb side effects and how to successfully achieve one's weight loss goals via a personalized program

(Offered to local clients only) Services include the following:

  • Slide show presentation via Zoom (or in-person) highlighting techniques to curb side effects and how to successfully achieve one's weight loss goals via a personalized program
